Kevin “Spike” Settles began singing at 0 years old. He later picked up the drums and piano, followed by the guitars and harmonicas. He is an original founding member of some of Maryland’s most notable bands such as Never Never (consistently sold out shows including Zeppelin and more), The 1974 (AM radio goodness from the 70s), and newly formed Motel California (Eagles music and more).
Earlier projects in Spike's career include Razz Matazz, Crosstown Express, and Apricot Brandy; then later L7, and Lab Animals. Soon to follow were some terrific times with Rob Fahey in Word of Mouth, which then lead to Spike and friends forming Never Never in 1988.
